The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will be the bridge between our users and our product, ensuring that every interaction within our platform is purposeful and seamless. You will work alongside product managers, engineers, and data scientists to turn complex data into actionable insights, helping us refine our design systems and elevate the overall usability of our product. This is a chance to make a significant impact on a growing platform while championing user-centric design at every stage of the development process.

A day in the life

• You will dive deep into user research by conducting interviews and testing prototypes to uncover the true pain points and workflows of our customers.
• You will translate your findings into data-informed design proposals, utilizing your expertise in information architecture and component libraries to build intuitive experiences.
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to challenge existing ideas, refine solutions, and ensure that the final product remains both functional and delightful.

Who you are

You are a thoughtful designer who understands that great UX is about more than just aesthetics. You have a strong background in product design and a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to navigate complex design challenges. You are comfortable working in Figma and have a sharp eye for visual hierarchy and design systems. You communicate well in English and enjoy influencing others by evangelizing the value of strategic design. Ideally, you have experience with data-oriented SaaS applications or marketing technology, and you are always looking for ways to improve the status quo.
