At Redox, our mission is to make healthcare data truly useful. We operate a full-service integration platform that enables the secure, efficient exchange of information across a massive network of over 4,000 provider organizations and 500 healthcare products. By providing a single, standardized connection, we help our partners transmit data for tens of millions of patient records every day. We are looking for a Senior User Researcher to join our expanding product team and help us ensure that user needs remain at the heart of our development process.
Key outcomes
- Own and operationalize customer feedback and voice of customer programs to influence our product roadmap and go-to-market strategies.
- Synthesize customer insights into actionable data to prioritize development and validate new features.
- Identify unmet market needs by analyzing feedback trends across various customer segments.
- Lead qualitative research projects, including script development and unbiased interviewing, to support new market discovery.
- Manage the full research lifecycle, from initial planning and recruiting to moderation, analysis, and synthesis.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to advocate for the user and communicate research findings effectively across the organization.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in user research for software products, ideally within an in-house product team.
- Proven ability to build or scale a research function within a growing company.
- Deep empathy for users and a demonstrated passion for creating high-quality experiences.
- Strong record of delivering actionable insights that drive product success.
- Experience applying diverse research methods in both remote and in-person environments.
- Proficiency in Gong, Confluence, and Jira.
- Excellent written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Eligibility to work in the United States, with a requirement to reside and work within the continental U.S.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience conducting research for highly technical products.
- A degree in a field such as Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Cognitive Science, or Experimental Psychology.
- Experience using tools such as Dovetail or Airtable to organize research findings.
- Familiarity with API-based products and the healthcare technology landscape.
