We are looking for a visionary Senior User Experience Designer to help us shape the next generation of our products.
Role at a glance
This is a full-time, on-site position based in the United States. We are seeking a seasoned professional with over 8 years of experience to lead our design efforts and elevate our product interfaces.
Your impact
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, workflows, and requirements that keep the customer at the center of everything we do.
- Lead the end-to-end design process by creating wireframes, user journeys, and both low and high-fidelity prototypes that clearly communicate your design intent.
- Drive our research initiatives by conducting user interviews, gathering feedback, and establishing clear metrics to measure design success and prioritize future enhancements.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should be a strong communicator who is comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments and gaining buy-in from leadership. You must have a proven track record of managing the iterative design process from initial concept to final visual execution. We value candidates who can define key performance indicators to measure design effectiveness and who have a deep understanding of Product, User Research, Prototyping, UI Design, and UX Design. Proficiency in English is required.
