The role
We are seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to join us in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a senior-level position where you will play a vital role in our marketing efforts. You will collaborate closely with our global engineering team to identify and execute acquisition strategies that drive high-quality users and revenue to our games. Because our operations span different regions, you should be comfortable working hours that align with Japan Standard Time.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic acquisition campaigns in partnership with product managers to ensure we meet our monthly and quarterly objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance and unit economics to optimize targeting, creative assets, bids, and budgets for the best possible return on investment.
- Create and manage testing plans, measure the results of your experiments, and provide actionable insights to the broader team to improve our overall strategy.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Native or near-native fluency in Japanese, along with extensive professional experience working in English.
- At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically managing user acquisition programs across social and search engine marketing platforms.
- Proven experience with mobile products in the APAC region and familiarity with verticals such as gaming or e-commerce.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and experience using tools like SQL, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- The ability to manage campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Twitter, Google, and LINE with minimal oversight.
- A deep passion for gaming and a detail-oriented approach to your work.
