What you bring

We are seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to join us on a full-time, on-site basis in Poland. In this role, you will be at the heart of our marketing efforts, utilizing your expertise in campaign analysis and optimization to ensure our games reach the right audience. Your daily contributions will include the following:

• Overseeing the entire user acquisition lifecycle for our casual and mid-core mobile titles.
• Providing strong team leadership for our media buyers, motion designers, and analysts to ensure cohesive performance.
• Refining our advertising network strategies to maximize both return on ad spend and player lifetime value.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should have a deep background in marketing and a proven track record in user acquisition. We are looking for someone who is comfortable analyzing complex data sets and translating those insights into actionable campaign optimizations. You must be fluent in English to communicate effectively with our international team and stakeholders.
