About the Role

We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to join us in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will be a key driver of our growth, responsible for launching, optimizing, and scaling mobile advertising campaigns across major social platforms. You will focus on reaching health and fitness audiences, ensuring our innovative apps continue to reach those who need them most.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of mobile traffic campaigns, from initial launch to ongoing optimization and scaling.
• Collaborate with our design team to run creative experiments, including A/B testing and performance analysis to maximize results.
• Continuously monitor advertising performance, generate detailed reports, and research potential new channels for user acquisition.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing with a focus on user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing significant budgets on paid social platforms like Meta Ads, TikTok, or Snapchat.
• Strong proficiency in English, at a B2 level or higher.
• An analytical mindset with advanced skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication abilities and the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics is considered a significant advantage.
