What you'll be doing

• You will collaborate with our marketing and product teams to execute strategic campaigns that align with our core product objectives.
• You will manage the daily optimization of creative assets, targeting parameters, bids, and budgets to maximize our return on investment.
• You will develop comprehensive test plans, analyze performance data, and provide actionable recommendations to improve unit economics and meet our key performance indicators.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in performance marketing and a deep understanding of the gaming industry. We require the following skills and experience:

• Native or near-native fluency in Japanese and professional proficiency in English, with the ability to work hours aligned with Japan Standard Time.
• At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically managing user acquisition programs across social and search engine marketing platforms.
• Proven experience with mobile products in the APAC region and expertise in gaming, e-commerce, or direct-to-consumer lead generation.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, along with experience using SQL, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
• The ability to manage campaigns across major networks like Meta, TikTok, Twitter, Google, and LINE with minimal oversight.
• A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fully remote, globally distributed work environment.
