We are currently looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager II to join our team in Canada on a hybrid basis.
Key outcomes
- Manage a monthly advertising budget that exceeds $1 million.
- Oversee and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including SDK networks, DSPs, and Facebook.
- Analyze performance data, report on essential metrics, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders to ensure campaign success.
- Collaborate with partners to align on strategic goals and strengthen professional relationships.
- Identify and evaluate new platforms and strategies to improve overall performance.
- Work cross-functionally with our creative, data, product, and legal teams.
- Contribute innovative ideas during ideation sessions by staying current with creative trends.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in digital marketing or mobile user acquisition, specifically within the gaming industry.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, or equivalent professional experience.
- Deep expertise in mobile advertising technology, including experience with attribution platforms.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to manage vendor contracts.
- Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics to guide operational decision-making.
- Experience working with SDK networks, DSPs, SSPs, Facebook, and Google, such as ironSource, UnityAds, AdColony, TapJoy, or Fyber.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- A proactive mindset toward learning new technologies and staying informed about market dynamics.
Preferred qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of SQL or other programming experience.
- Familiarity with email marketing and push notification campaigns.
- Experience using Photoshop.
- Proficiency in additional languages, including French.
- Experience with social media advertising on platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, and Twitter.
