About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Unity Engineer to join us on a full-time basis. In this role, you will serve as a key member of our cross-platform mobile game teams. You will collaborate closely with engineers and other disciplines to elevate the quality and productivity of our projects, ensuring that our technical solutions are both robust and maintainable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced systems to ensure the highest quality standards for our games.
• Contribute actively to code reviews and design discussions while mentoring fellow team members to help them grow.
• Partner with other technical teams and stakeholders to refine shared technology and improve overall team productivity.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience developing mobile titles using Unity, with a proven track record of shipping games.
• Deep expertise in C#, including a strong grasp of architectural patterns and complex codebases.
• Ability to communicate effectively with artists, designers, and product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Solid understanding of mobile platform performance implications and experience with automated testing.
• Willingness to work from our Berlin office at least twice a week.
• A collaborative mindset that values team success over individual achievements.

This position is based in Germany, specifically within our office in Berlin.
