Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. As our first in-house designer, you will be responsible for shaping the digital identity of our products. This is a senior-level role perfect for someone who wants to take ownership of the user experience across our web, mobile, and robotic interfaces.

Your impact

• Lead the design vision: You will define and execute the UX/UI strategy for our customer-facing digital products, ensuring every interaction is intuitive and impactful.
• Build our design system: You will establish a cohesive design language that scales across all touchpoints, ensuring brand consistency and operational efficiency.
• Champion the user: Through research, wireframing, and iterative prototyping, you will translate complex technical challenges into seamless, user-centered solutions.

What you'll need

• Deep expertise in UX/UI design for both mobile and desktop platforms.
• Proven experience conducting user research to validate design decisions and gather actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• A collaborative, low-ego mindset with the ability to work effectively alongside engineering and product teams.
• Strong communication skills in English to advocate for design choices and align cross-functional stakeholders.
• The ability to think strategically while maintaining a hands-on approach to design execution.
