The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior UI Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be a key leader within our design culture, working alongside talented UX, motion, and branding experts. You will have the autonomy to choose your own hours while collaborating with world-class engineers to deliver high-quality digital products for clients ranging from ambitious startups to complex global enterprises. This is a chance to shape visual strategies and define the design language for a wide variety of innovative projects.

A day in the life

• You will lead the end-to-end visual design process, creating exceptional user interfaces for marketing websites and complex web or mobile applications.
• You will build and maintain scalable design systems, ensuring that our file structures and naming conventions remain efficient and consistent for the entire team.
• You will participate in daily design discussions and cross-functional meetings, using tools like Figma and Google Meet to present your concepts and refine our internal workflows.

Who you are

You are a seasoned designer with at least five years of experience in agency, tech, or freelance environments. You possess a deep understanding of user experience principles and have a proven ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive, visually compelling designs. You are comfortable working in a fully remote environment and are fluent in English, which allows you to communicate effectively with our global team and stakeholders. You take pride in your organizational skills, particularly when it comes to systemic design and maintaining clean, scalable components.
