At Proclaim, we are working to eradicate oral disease by transforming how people maintain their oral health. Because oral conditions are among the most prevalent health issues globally, we have set out to make effective hygiene both simple and enjoyable. Our team is currently developing the world’s first fully automated oral health system, featuring a clinically validated device that cleans teeth and gums in only seven seconds. We are dedicated to creating a platform that provides fast and effective care for billions of people, and we invite you to join our hardware team as a Senior Technician to help us bring this innovative technology to life.
Key outcomes
- Manage the maintenance and troubleshooting of our demo units.
- Oversee the intake process and triage RMAs to support our initial product launch.
- Ensure that our shop maintains the highest standards of work quality.
- Keep all laboratory equipment and workspaces organized, clean, and safe.
- Execute and monitor performance tests within the lab or in the field.
- Develop and design necessary test fixtures.
Requirements
- An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, electronics, or a related science field, or an equivalent level of professional experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience operating machinery and various tools.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in reworking PCBs.
- Strong critical thinking skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build productive relationships across all levels of the organization.
- A self-starting mindset characterized by a sense of ownership and urgency.
- Proficiency in expense reporting and a high level of attention to detail.
- Fluency in English.
