Proclaim is on a mission to eliminate oral disease by creating the world's first fully automated oral health system. We are developing a clinically validated device that cleans teeth and gums in just seven seconds, and we are looking for a Senior Technician to join our hardware team and help us make a meaningful difference in the lives of billions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot our demo units.
- Manage the intake and triage process for RMAs during our initial product launch.
- Ensure our shop maintains a consistently high level of work quality.
- Keep all equipment and workspaces clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Conduct and monitor testing procedures in both the lab and the field.
- Design and build necessary test fixtures.
Must-haves
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in science, electrical engineering, computer science, electronics, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience operating machinery and tools.
- At least 3 years of experience reworking PCBs.
- Strong critical thinking skills and a positive, proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- A dedication to constant improvement and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience with expense reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build productive, candid relationships across all levels of the organization.
- A self-starting nature with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
