At Snowplow, we lead the field in Data Creation. We empower over 10,000 organizations, including industry leaders like Strava, Burberry, Condé Nast, and Flickr, to generate first-party customer behavioral data. Our platform enables these teams to unlock advanced analytics and AI directly from their own data warehouses or real-time streams. We were founded on the principle that data teams should focus on innovation rather than wrangling data from legacy platforms. Following our $40 million Series B funding round led by NEA, we are looking for creative and innovative individuals to join our team as a Senior Technical Support Engineer. - Execute end-to-end infrastructure setups and shutdowns, including pipeline management.
- Streamline internal processes to reduce manual intervention.
- Collaborate closely with our Site Reliability Engineering and broader Engineering teams to ensure efficient workload distribution and technical resolution.
