What you bring
We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join us on a contractor basis. In this role, you will be a key partner to our hiring managers, taking full ownership of the recruiting lifecycle for critical positions in artificial intelligence, software, robotics, and vehicle engineering. This hybrid position is based in our Foster City headquarters, where you will be expected to work from the office three days per week. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full-cycle recruiting process, from qualifying requirements to closing world-class engineering talent.
- Sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates to ensure they are the right fit for our mission.
- Facilitating interview and hiring decision-making processes with leadership, hiring managers, and interview panels.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 6 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting within competitive industries. We are looking for a candidate who possesses deep industry knowledge and the ability to accurately evaluate technical aptitude. You must be a strong communicator with the consultative skills necessary to work effectively with all levels of our organization. Proficiency in sourcing via LinkedIn and other creative channels is essential. We value individuals who are dedicated, team-oriented, and genuinely invested in the future of autonomous and electric vehicles. While not required, experience with an ATS like Lever and a background in agency recruiting are considered significant assets.
What we offer
This contract position offers a pay range of $110,000 to $170,000. Employment for this role is managed through a vendor contracted with Zoox, and you will be eligible for the following:
