We are looking for a passionate, self-starting Senior Technical Recruiter to join us in our journey toward global connectivity.
What you'll be doing
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for our engineering and business departments, ensuring every candidate has an exceptional experience.
- Develop and implement scalable, data-driven sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier talent.
- Lead our diversity and inclusion initiatives while mentoring other team members to help us build a stronger, more representative organization.
What you'll bring
- At least 6 years of experience as a technical recruiter within a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
- A proven track record of successfully recruiting top-tier talent specifically for hardware or manufacturing engineering roles.
- The ability to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent in their respective fields.
- Strong skills in creative candidate sourcing, data analysis, and clear, professional communication in English.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and a commitment to high-quality follow-through.

What you'll get
The base salary for this position is between $120,000 and $140,000 USD. In addition to your base pay, we offer a comprehensive rewards package that includes:
