What you bring
We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join us on a contractor basis. In this role, you will help us scale our organization by managing a diverse set of roles across fields like artificial intelligence, robotics, and vehicle engineering. You will be based in the United States, specifically working in a hybrid capacity at our Foster City headquarters three days per week. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full-cycle recruiting process while building strong partnerships with hiring managers and advocating for top-tier candidates.
- Sourcing talent, reviewing resumes, and conducting thorough evaluations to ensure the right fit for our technical teams.
- Leading the offer process and coordinating with leadership to facilitate successful hiring decisions.
Requirements
The ideal candidate brings at least six years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience within competitive industries. You should have a deep understanding of technical aptitude and the ability to screen candidates for both behavioral and technical alignment. We value consultative interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of our company. Proficiency in sourcing via LinkedIn and other creative channels is essential. While not required, we would love to see experience with ATS platforms like Lever, a background in recruiting agencies, or a genuine interest in the electric and autonomous vehicle industry.
What we offer
This contract position offers a pay range of 110000 USD to 170000 USD, with employment facilitated through a vendor. We are committed to supporting our team members through the following benefit:
