At Zoox, we are building a future where transportation is safer, cleaner, and more enjoyable for everyone. We are currently developing a full-stack autonomous mobility solution, creating a ground-up, fully autonomous vehicle fleet designed specifically for the passenger experience. As we grow our team, we are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to help us scale our organization. You will join our high-performing talent acquisition team to find the experts who will drive our mission forward in fields like artificial intelligence, robotics, and vehicle engineering.
What you'll be doing
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers while advocating for top-tier candidates.
- Identify and engage talent through proactive sourcing, conduct thorough resume screenings, and evaluate candidates for both technical aptitude and cultural alignment.
- Lead the interview and decision-making process by collaborating closely with panelists, leadership, and HR teams to manage offers and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in technical recruiting and a passion for the future of mobility. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 6 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting within competitive industries, including proven success in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
- A deep understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess candidates for both technical skills and behavioral fit.
- Excellent consultative and interpersonal skills, allowing you to communicate effectively with stakeholders at every level of the company.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn and alternative sourcing techniques to build robust talent pipelines.
- Fluency in English.
What you'll get
This is a contract position with a pay range of $110,000 to $170,000. Please note that employment for this role is managed through a vendor contracted with Zoox.
