The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be a key partner in scaling our organization, directly influencing our growth by finding and securing world-class talent in fields like artificial intelligence, robotics, and vehicle engineering. You will own the full-cycle recruiting process, acting as a true advisor to our hiring managers and a dedicated advocate for the candidates you bring into our ecosystem.
A day in the life
- You will manage the end-to-end hiring process, from defining role requirements and sourcing top-tier engineering talent to navigating complex offer negotiations.
- You will serve as a bridge between our interview panelists, leadership, and candidates, ensuring that every hiring decision is well-informed and aligned with our company goals.
- You will proactively refine our recruiting strategies, using tools like LinkedIn and our ATS to build robust pipelines and improve the overall candidate experience.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with at least 6 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting. You understand the nuances of the tech industry and have a proven ability to assess both technical aptitude and behavioral fit. We are looking for someone who communicates with ease across all levels of an organization and brings a consultative approach to every partnership. You should be comfortable sourcing through a variety of channels and have a genuine interest in the autonomous vehicle space. Fluency in English is required for this role.

The compensation for this contract role ranges from $114,400 to $176,800 annually, based on an hourly rate of $55 to $85.
