As we transition from a successful prototype to full-scale production, we are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to help us build the world-class team necessary to turn this vision into reality. You will join a collaborative People team that values rigor, creativity, and intentional processes as we scale our organization.
Key outcomes
- Partner with engineering and operations leadership to define hiring requirements and execute full-cycle recruiting for critical technical roles, including hardware, software, and manufacturing engineering.
- Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Conduct thorough screening calls to evaluate candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural alignment.
- Provide an exceptional, high-touch experience for every candidate from the initial conversation to the final offer.
- Drive continuous improvement in our recruiting strategies, tools, and employer branding to support our rapid growth.
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, ensuring alignment on search strategies and maintaining momentum throughout the interview process.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in full-cycle technical recruiting within dynamic, high-growth environments such as startups or hardware companies.
- A proven track record of successfully filling complex technical positions, particularly in fields like aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing.
- Strong proficiency in modern sourcing techniques and recruiting tools.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- A proactive, resourceful, and adaptable mindset, capable of navigating changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
