Our mission sits at the intersection of robotics, machine learning, and design, and we are currently looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to help us scale our high-performing team. What you'll be doing
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers while advocating for top-tier candidates.
- Proactively source, screen, and evaluate talent to ensure a strong fit for complex roles in areas such as artificial intelligence, robotics, and vehicle engineering.
- Lead the interview and decision-making process by collaborating closely with panelists, leadership, and HR teams to manage offers and secure world-class talent.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong blend of technical knowledge and interpersonal expertise. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 6 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting within competitive industries, including a proven track record of sourcing and closing candidates.
- A deep understanding of technical aptitude, allowing you to effectively screen candidates for both behavioral and technical requirements.
- Strong consultative skills that enable you to communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of our organization.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn and alternative sourcing techniques to build robust talent pipelines.
- Fluency in English to support our collaborative work environment.
What you'll get
This is a contract position with a pay range of $114,400 to $176,800 per year, depending on the hourly rate of $55 to $85. As a member of our team, you will enjoy the following:
