The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this contract role, you will help us shape and scale our organization by finding the world-class engineering talent needed to power our autonomous mobility solutions. You will have full ownership of the recruiting process for a diverse range of roles, including positions in artificial intelligence, software, robotics, and vehicle engineering. By partnering closely with our hiring managers, you will act as a key ambassador for the Zoox brand while delivering results in a high-performance environment.
A day in the life
- You will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from qualifying requirements and sourcing top-tier talent to conducting screenings and closing candidates.
- You will facilitate the entire interview and hiring decision-making process, working hand-in-hand with interview panelists, hiring managers, and company leadership.
- You will continuously seek out new, creative ways to improve our recruiting strategies and ensure an exceptional experience for every candidate who engages with us.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with at least 6 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting within competitive industries. You possess a deep understanding of the tech landscape, which allows you to effectively evaluate technical aptitude and cultural fit. You are an expert at sourcing, particularly using LinkedIn and other creative outreach techniques. Because you will be communicating across all levels of our organization, your consultative and interpersonal skills are top-notch. You are fluent in English and are comfortable navigating complex technical requirements. While not required, we would love to hear from you if you have experience with the Lever ATS, a background in recruiting agencies, or a genuine interest in the electric and autonomous vehicle industry.

This is a contract position with a pay range of $110,000 to $170,000 annually, or $55 to $85 per hour. As a member of our team, you will enjoy a hybrid work environment, with three days per week spent collaborating in person at our headquarters in Foster City.
