About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner responsible for attracting and hiring elite engineering and product talent. You will collaborate directly with leadership and hiring managers to execute effective recruitment strategies, using your expertise in full-cycle hiring to scale our technical teams and drive long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies by partnering with the HMBL talent team and internal stakeholders to define role requirements.
- Proactively identify, engage, and vet high-quality candidates for engineering and product positions using advanced sourcing tools and techniques.
- Manage the entire candidate lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience while clearly communicating company opportunities and interview updates.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, with a proven ability to hire top-tier engineering and product talent.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent strategy, market mapping, and building proactive pipelines for both immediate and long-term needs.
- Strong proficiency with ATS platforms like Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby, alongside a data-driven mindset for tracking metrics and optimizing processes.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence hiring teams and articulate value propositions to candidates.
- A resilient, adaptable, and highly organized approach to managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
