The role
We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a mid-level position where you will play a vital role in our Product Division. You will report to the Director of Portfolio and Program Management, helping our teams plan and execute complex, cross-departmental initiatives while ensuring our product lifecycle remains efficient and aligned with our broader goals.
Core responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate collaboration across various departments to successfully deliver large-scale, complex projects.
- Serve as a bridge between engineers and product managers to identify needs, resolve blockers, and develop effective solutions.
- Increase transparency across the product roadmap by providing regular updates to leadership and documenting best practices to improve internal processes.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Between 3 and 5 years of experience in project management, program management, or operations.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong proficiency with G Suite and experience using Confluence or similar documentation tools.
- A deep understanding of industry-standard software lifecycle management practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your message for diverse audiences.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation and benefits
The base salary range for this position is $113,000 to $139,000 per year. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for our annual bonus program and equity. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
