We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our team in New York on a full-time, on-site basis. At Current, our mission is to help our members achieve better financial outcomes. Based in NYC, we have grown into a leading U.S. fintech company with nearly 4 million members. We pride ourselves on being a collaborative team that builds impactful products, and we are looking for someone who shares our drive to innovate and support our rapid growth.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of end-to-end project execution, managing both the technical aspects like data flows and product builds alongside non-technical requirements such as compliance and contracts.
- Navigate our internal engineering stack to secure necessary approvals, remove obstacles, and ensure that our strategic initiatives remain on schedule.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, while proactively identifying risks and driving continuous improvement in our project management processes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in technical program management and a hands-on approach to engineering. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in technical program management, specifically within sectors like payments, consumer products, cloud, or security.
- Proven technical expertise and a solid understanding of development frameworks, with a preference for experience in data analytics environments.
- Exceptional communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and GitHub.
- The ability to work independently while remaining a transparent and collaborative team player.
What we offer
