As a remote-first organization, we operate on the values of trust, authenticity, and empathy, and we are currently looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to help us scale our impact.
Key outcomes
- Lead daily project and program management initiatives across multiple technical teams.
- Proactively identify and resolve blockers or dependencies that could hinder project delivery.
- Participate in sprint planning and stand-ups to monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Maintain and optimize project management workflows within tools like Jira and Monday.com.
- Translate team data and velocity metrics into actionable insights to guide decision-making and timeline planning.
- Refine our internal processes to support the increasing complexity of our business.
- Leverage AI tools to drive innovation, automate manual tasks, and improve overall team productivity.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in program or project management, preferably within a technical or product-focused environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
- Expertise in Jira configuration and management.
- Proficiency with project management platforms, with a preference for Monday.com.
- Strong communication skills with a curiosity-driven approach to problem-solving.
- A proactive mindset regarding the use of AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
- The ability to advocate for necessary resources and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous hands-on experience in a technical role, such as software engineering or technical product management.
- Experience navigating the unique challenges of distributed or remote teams.
- A background in startup environments, particularly those involving tight or immovable deadlines.
Compensation
The salary for this position is 150,000 USD, complemented by a significant equity package. We are committed to a transparent and fair compensation structure that remains consistent regardless of location or background.
