Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Platform team. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates anywhere. You will be a key leader in our engineering organization, driving the delivery of complex technical programs that power our core services, data, and infrastructure.
Your impact
- Lead the cross-functional execution of critical projects across our Platform organization, ensuring alignment between Core Services, Data, and Infrastructure teams.
- Take ownership of project schedules, proactively identify risks or dependencies, and develop strategic plans to keep our technical roadmap on track.
- Serve as a primary point of communication for stakeholders, reporting on progress and key performance indicators while clearing roadblocks to ensure successful product launches.
What you'll need
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 6 years of experience working as a Technical Program Manager within a software engineering environment.
- A proven track record of taking complex, cross-functional programs from initial concept to final launch.
- Strong analytical abilities and the communication skills required to explain technical concepts to both engineering and non-technical teams.
- Proficiency in building KPI frameworks and executive-level reporting to quantify quality, productivity, and user adoption.
- Fluency in English.
