About the Role
We are searching for a Senior Technical Product Marketing Lead to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between our innovative credit infrastructure and the large-scale enterprises that implement our solutions. You will be responsible for building our product narrative from the ground up, translating complex data science and credit technology into compelling stories that resonate with technical and business decision-makers. This is a hands-on position where you will have the autonomy to shape how the world’s largest financial institutions adopt our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate across internal teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Sales, to launch new features and drive widespread platform adoption.
- Develop and refine product positioning and messaging based on deep user research, competitive analysis, and a thorough understanding of our technical functionality.
- Create a wide range of high-impact collateral, such as technical documentation, sales decks, battle cards, and blog posts, to support the entire product marketing lifecycle.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 6 years of experience in product marketing, with a strong focus on B2B environments.
- The ability to explain highly technical products to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A proven track record of building marketing processes and frameworks from scratch, ideally within a startup or lean team setting.
- Experience working closely with data science, solution engineering, and sales teams to accelerate deal velocity.
- A bias toward action and the ability to navigate ambiguous problems by creating clear, achievable milestones.
- Deep industry knowledge in FinTech, specifically regarding credit, risk, or consumer-permissioned data, is considered a significant advantage.
Location
This position is remote and open to candidates located anywhere. Please note that while the role is remote-friendly, we strongly prefer candidates based in the New York City Metropolitan area.
