By serving as both a payment processor and a merchant of record, we simplify complex financial expansions for global brands. Our team consists of over 1,000 professionals from more than 30 nationalities, all working together in a remote-first environment to impact the daily lives of millions. We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our global team and help us build secure, scalable, and innovative financial products.
Key outcomes
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define the product strategy and roadmap, while evangelizing these goals across the organization.
- Execute the product vision to ensure every initiative delivers tangible value to our customers and the business.
- Utilize data analysis to drive informed decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.
- Take full ownership of product success, proactively addressing challenges of any scale.
- Lead and mentor other members of the product team.
- Engage effectively with a diverse, international group of colleagues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the payments industry, specifically with pay-ins or payouts.
- A strong background as a technical product manager or experience in a developer role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Current residency in Spain or Asia.
Preferred qualifications
- Proficiency in Spanish is considered a valuable asset.
