What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to focus on our data and integration initiatives. This is a full-time, remote position that requires an experienced professional who can navigate complex technical landscapes. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our platform by bridging the gap between intricate regulatory requirements and scalable software solutions. We are seeking someone with a strong background in product management, data modeling, and system integrations to help us maintain our position as a leader in digital innovation.

What will you do?

• Own the product backlog for foundational platform capabilities, specifically focusing on data ingestion and system integrations while ensuring alignment with regulatory needs.
• Design and maintain conceptual and logical data models that ensure data integrity, scalability, and efficiency across our platform.
• Lead the strategic planning and execution of system integrations, championing best practices for API design and performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless interoperability.

What makes you a great fit?

To be successful in this role, you should have 5 to 7 years of combined experience in product management, system integrations, and data modeling. We value candidates who have a deep passion for technology and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable presenting to diverse stakeholders. Key requirements include:

• Proficiency with healthcare data standards such as HL7 FHIR, CDISC, or CDA.
• Experience working within Agile development frameworks using tools like Jira and Confluence.
• A strong technical aptitude and the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable epics and user stories.
• A willingness to travel approximately once or twice per quarter to engage with our global team and stakeholders.
