What you bring
As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will serve as a vital link between our enterprise insurance carrier partners and our internal teams. This full-time, remote position focuses on driving business development and sales strategy while managing the technical execution of system integrations. You will be based anywhere in the US and will be responsible for the following:
- Acting as the primary strategic and technical point of contact for our enterprise clients.
- Managing complex technical implementations and ensuring that systems perform optimally long after the initial launch.
- Collaborating with our Sales and leadership teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market and expansion strategies.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with at least four years of experience in account management, sales, or a similar professional field. You should be comfortable managing high-volume workloads and have a proven track record of strategizing and executing large-scale projects. Success in this role requires strong proficiency in technical implementation, the creation of training materials, and the ability to navigate complex data and integration challenges. While not required, we highly value experience in the health insurance industry, familiarity with the ACA, and a background working in SaaS or startup environments. You should be a clear communicator in English, capable of building lasting relationships with stakeholders at the director and VP levels.
What we offer
