What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Tech Lead Software Engineer with a focus on frontend development to join us on a full-time basis. This role is open to candidates anywhere, though we operate with a hybrid work model. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between design and technical execution, ensuring our platform is both scalable and user-friendly. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing high-quality frontend architecture using Svelte to create seamless experiences for fitness instructors and their students.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate product ideas into reality, while balancing technical tradeoffs to maintain fast iteration cycles.
• Optimizing our web strategy across mobile and desktop environments, including the development of Progressive Web Apps to ensure accessibility.

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of frontend fundamentals that goes beyond any single framework. You should have significant experience working within agile teams, moving projects from initial ideation all the way to production. We value individuals who have thrived in high-growth startups or large-scale tech environments. While your expertise lies in frontend engineering, you should be comfortable working across the stack, including interacting with APIs and backend systems when necessary. Proficiency in English is required. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience with MobX, video integration, Elixir, or Flutter, as these skills will help us push the boundaries of what our platform can achieve.

What we offer
