With our headquarters in London and a presence in 12 global offices across North America, EMEA, and APAC, we are committed to scaling our operations and continuing our rapid growth. We are now looking for a dedicated professional to join our team and help us build the future of our workforce.
What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Talent Partner to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a senior-level position based in our Orlando office. You will be expected to work on-site five days a week, with daily hours from 11am to 7pm. In this role, you will report directly to our Global Head of Talent and focus on scaling our teams across North America, specifically within our sales, account management, and customer experience functions.
What will you do?
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of technical and non-technical roles to support our global expansion.
- Proactively identify and engage top-tier talent through direct sourcing strategies and outreach.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide a best-in-class recruitment experience for every candidate.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in talent acquisition and a passion for building high-performing teams. We are looking for the following qualifications and skills:
- At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within a fast-paced environment, such as a startup or tech company.
- Proven expertise in hiring for both technical and commercial roles.
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern sourcing tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence leadership and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System to manage pipelines and report on data.
- Fluency in English.
While not required, experience recruiting internationally or working within a hyper-growth marketplace business is considered a plus. We value potential and enthusiasm, so we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every single requirement listed.
What's in it for you?
Joining our team means working alongside a talented group of professionals who have previously contributed to companies like Meta, Uber, and Amazon. We provide our team with the best tools to succeed, including:
- LinkedIn Enterprise access with unlimited recruiter licenses.
- Cord.co for specialized tech sourcing.
- Metaview, an AI-powered tool that handles interview notes so you can focus entirely on the candidate.
- A competitive internal referral scheme.
We are proud to be an inclusive employer and offer fair consideration to all applicants regardless of their background. If you require any accessibility support during the interview process, please let us know so we can ensure you are comfortable and empowered to contribute your best.
