What you bring

As our Senior Talent Acquisition Team Manager, you will be based in France and operate in a hybrid work environment. This full-time role involves leading our EMEA recruitment strategy, managing a team of three talent acquisition managers, and elevating our employer brand. You will be a key partner to our leadership, ensuring we find the right people to support our technical and consulting goals.

• Lead and mentor a high-performing recruitment team while overseeing their professional development and daily operations.
• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with our organizational goals and workforce planning needs.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate sourcing and interviewing to final onboarding and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

We are looking for a leader with at least five years of experience managing talent acquisition teams, specifically within the IT sector. You should have a proven track record of recruiting for roles such as technical consultants and software engineers. Success in this position requires a tech-savvy mindset, a deep interest in modern recruitment tools, and the ability to manage remote teams across different cultures. You must be fluent in both English and French to communicate effectively with our international stakeholders. We value candidates who are excellent judges of character, possess strong negotiation skills, and have a genuine passion for identifying and nurturing professional talent.
