About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be a key player in supporting our international growth by identifying and attracting exceptional talent. Your ability to manage executive stakeholders and provide an outstanding candidate experience will be essential as you help us scale our operations in a fast-paced, international business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies by leveraging social media, networking, and various job platforms to maintain a strong pipeline of talent.
• Manage a high volume of active requisitions while ensuring that we meet our internal service level agreements and deliver high-quality hires.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and decision-makers to elevate our recruitment standards and implement modern, efficient hiring processes.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in talent acquisition, ideally within fast-growing organizations.
• A proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for connecting with people.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Fluency in English.

Location

This position is based on-site in Greece.
