What you'll be doing

• You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for our sales teams, taking ownership of everything from initial sourcing and interviewing to successfully closing top-tier candidates.
• You will proactively hunt for high-performing sales professionals, utilizing headhunting techniques, networking, and strategic outreach to build a robust pipeline of talent.
• You will partner closely with our hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies that align with our business goals and ensure we hire the best people for our growing commercial departments.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have a background that includes the following:

• Proven experience recruiting for sales roles, such as Account Executives or Sales Directors, ideally within the tech or staffing sectors.
• Expertise in sourcing and headhunting, with a strong ability to engage candidates through LinkedIn, industry events, and professional networks.
• A data-driven mindset, including comfort using an ATS and tracking key hiring metrics to optimize your results.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, which you will use to represent our brand and attract top talent.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• A proactive, high-energy, and results-oriented approach that allows you to thrive in our fast-paced, agile environment.
