The role
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a senior-level position where you will play a critical role in shaping our workforce by identifying and attracting top-tier talent. You will serve as a key partner to our hiring managers, helping to scale our operations across both property and corporate teams. While the role is remote, we are ideally looking for candidates based in Texas, Atlanta, Nashville, or Chicago to better support our regional business needs.
Core responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a high volume of requisitions, ranging from entry-level property roles to specialized corporate and technical positions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, and ensure a seamless, world-class experience for every candidate.
- Act as a subject matter expert and mentor for junior team members, while driving initiatives that improve our employer brand and overall recruiting processes.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should bring a strong background in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting, particularly within field-based industries like hospitality, retail, or food and beverage. We value candidates who are proactive, organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 4 years of experience in functional, full-cycle recruiting.
- Expertise in sourcing passive and active candidates through diverse channels, including professional networks and in-person outreach.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and a proven ability to mentor others on best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build authentic, empathetic relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong administrative skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with a high sense of urgency.
