The role
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. This is a senior-level position for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the nuances of medical recruitment. You will play a vital role in shaping our workforce, ensuring we attract the top-tier talent necessary to deliver our specialized care services.
Core responsibilities
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for our medical providers and office staff, ensuring we meet our hiring goals.
- Manage a dedicated book of open requisitions while serving as the primary point of contact for external recruiters.
- Maintain meticulous candidate records in our applicant tracking system and provide high-touch administrative support throughout the hiring journey.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong background in recruitment and a commitment to excellence. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Five to eight years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment programs, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle complex initiatives from inception to completion.
- Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to providing a high-quality experience for every candidate.
- The ability to build strategic, lasting partnerships with internal stakeholders.
- A demonstrated sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation and benefits
The base salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $90,000. In addition to competitive pay, we support our team members with a comprehensive benefits package, including:
