As a 2024 BEST Award winner and a multi-year recipient of ServiceNow Partner of the Year honors, we are currently scaling our operations and looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global crew. This is a remote, full-time position where you will play a vital role in shaping our high-performing teams by connecting us with top-tier talent.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain robust talent networks to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and provide insights on the current talent market.
Act as a brand ambassador by promoting our mission, values, and unique culture to prospective hires.
Source and recruit experienced ServiceNow professionals across various functions, including software engineering, project management, and business analysis.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial resume screening to conducting interviews and documenting progress in our applicant tracking system.
Support the negotiation process and assist hiring managers in structuring competitive compensation packages.

Must-haves

Demonstrated success in global recruitment for high-growth, technology-focused organizations.
Proficiency in deep sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates while meeting aggressive hiring targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present data clearly.
Comprehensive experience in talent acquisition across various business functions.
Professional fluency in English.
