Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. This is a senior-level position perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships and managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for medical professionals.
Your impact
- Take the lead on the full-cycle recruitment process for Medical Doctors, managing everything from initial sourcing and screening to final offer negotiations.
- Design and execute creative, targeted strategies to attract top-tier medical talent with specialized experience in geriatrics and long-term care.
- Maintain organized and accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system while ensuring every candidate receives high-quality communication and support throughout their journey.
What you'll need
- Between 4 and 8 years of experience running full-cycle recruitment programs, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- Proven experience specifically recruiting for Medical Doctors.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing top-tier customer service to potential hires.
- A proactive mindset, a sense of urgency, and the ability to build strategic partnerships across our organization.
- Proficiency in English. Experience with Greenhouse is a plus.
Perks and compensation
We offer a base salary range of $65,000 to $90,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
