What you bring

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist working on-site in Portugal, you will play a vital role in our international expansion by managing the full recruitment lifecycle for our technical and product teams. This is a full-time position where you will act as a strategic partner to our hiring managers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Owning the end-to-end recruitment process from initial role debriefs and pipeline development to final offer negotiations.
• Developing and executing effective talent attraction strategies to build high-performing Tech and Product teams.
• Utilizing our recruitment tech stack, including Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Slack, Google Drive, and Trello, to streamline our hiring operations.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a deep passion for connecting talent with opportunity. You should have at least four years of experience in technical recruiting, gained either in-house or within an agency. We value individuals who are data-driven and technically savvy, as these competencies are central to how we evaluate success. Because we operate internationally, you must have an advanced command of the English language. We are also very open to hearing from technical professionals, such as engineers, who are interested in transitioning into a recruitment career. Your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide a top-tier experience for every candidate is essential to your success in this role.
