What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a senior-level position that requires someone with a deep understanding of the medical recruitment landscape. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, specifically focusing on attracting and securing medical doctors who are committed to excellence in geriatric care.
What will you do?
- Take ownership of the full-cycle recruitment process for medical doctor roles, including everything from initial sourcing and screening to final offer negotiations.
- Design and execute creative strategies to identify and attract top-tier medical professionals with specific expertise in long-term care and geriatrics.
- Maintain organized and accurate candidate records within our applicant tracking system while ensuring that all talent acquisition goals are met effectively.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have 4 to 8 years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment programs, ideally within the healthcare sector. You possess strong project management skills and the ability to handle complex initiatives with high attention to detail. We value candidates who are impactful communicators and can build meaningful relationships with both candidates and internal partners. Proficiency in English is required, and while not mandatory, experience using Greenhouse is considered a plus. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where prioritization and a sense of urgency are key to our daily operations.
