We are currently seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Poland. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, helping us identify and attract the top-tier talent needed to fuel our next phase of growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with our product goals and evolving departmental needs.
- Partner closely with department leaders to identify skill gaps, provide market insights, and plan for future workforce requirements.
- Lead structured, competency-based interviews to ensure every new hire is a strong match for both our technical needs and our company culture.
Requirements
To be successful in this senior-level position, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of professional recruitment experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a senior capacity, ideally within the tech or IT product sector.
- Proven expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems and modern recruitment tools to manage pipelines.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- A solid foundation in behavioral interviewing techniques and the ability to use data analytics to refine hiring strategies.
- A strategic mindset that allows you to partner effectively with leadership to shape hiring plans.
