We are currently looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Munich on a full-time, hybrid basis.
Key outcomes
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales, marketing, and central functions, focusing on the DACH region and international hiring needs.
- Collaborate directly with hiring managers to design effective recruitment strategies, craft job descriptions, and refine interview processes.
- Cultivate a robust talent pipeline through proactive networking, sourcing, and employer branding efforts.
- Lead strategic hiring projects and provide support for recruitment initiatives across various international locations.
- Develop creative sourcing techniques to engage passive candidates and expand our reach.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers regarding best practices for interviewing and candidate selection.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, specifically with a successful history of hiring for sales and go-to-market positions.
- Demonstrated experience in international recruitment, ideally within a tech or scale-up environment.
- A strong professional network within the German tech ecosystem and proficiency with modern recruitment tools.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
- A data-driven approach, including experience with recruitment analytics and reporting.
- A deep commitment to creating a positive candidate experience and building diverse, high-performing teams.
- A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, independent work style.
- Fluency in both German and English.
