Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global team of five. This is a full-time, senior-level position that offers a hybrid work environment. While we are open to flexible arrangements, our team members in Prague typically spend two to three days per week in our Karlin office. You will play a pivotal role in our international growth by managing talent strategies across regions including Czechia, Germany, North America, and Australia.
Your impact
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process by managing everything from crafting job descriptions and sourcing hidden talent to conducting interviews and extending final offers for technical and go-to-market roles.
- Act as a strategic partner to our hiring managers, providing guidance on best practices and ensuring a seamless, high-quality interview experience for every candidate.
- Drive global talent initiatives by collaborating with our People and Culture team to develop innovative sourcing strategies and building strong relationships with universities to secure the next generation of talent.
What you'll need
- A proven track record of success in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Expertise in using applicant tracking systems to maintain clean data and effective candidate pipelines.
- Advanced sourcing skills and a creative approach to identifying new talent pools.
- Strong business acumen combined with excellent planning and prioritization abilities.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- A self-driven, collaborative, and ethical mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
