Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to take full ownership of our recruiting operations while providing essential support to our People Operations team. This is a full-time, remote position for a senior-level professional who thrives on managing end-to-end hiring processes and scaling internal workflows with minimal oversight.

Your impact

• Own and optimize our Applicant Tracking System, specifically Lever, by managing configurations, reporting, and process automation to ensure our hiring machine runs efficiently.
• Partner directly with hiring managers to build comprehensive hiring plans, which include crafting job descriptions, designing interview scorecards, and coordinating the full candidate lifecycle.
• Support the broader People Operations function by maintaining employee data, assisting with onboarding and offboarding workflows, and helping coordinate team engagement activities.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of operational rigor and a candidate-first mindset. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• Four to five years of experience in talent acquisition or People Operations, with a heavy focus on recruiting.
• Hands-on experience managing an Applicant Tracking System, with a strong preference for Lever.
• A proactive approach to using AI tools and automation to streamline sourcing, screening, and interview preparation.
• Experience working with global People platforms like Deel.
• The ability to communicate clearly and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Fluency in English.

Perks and compensation
