As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in Poland to help us find the people who will define our next chapter.
What you'll be doing
- You will own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for specific departments, managing everything from initial outreach to final hiring decisions.
- You will collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to forecast staffing needs, refine recruitment strategies, and use data analytics to improve the quality of our hires.
- You will act as a brand ambassador for airSlate, ensuring that every candidate has a positive and professional experience while you conduct structured, competency-based interviews.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in recruitment and a passion for building high-performing teams. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, including a minimum of 1 year in a senior capacity within the tech or IT product sector.
- Deep expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems and modern recruitment tools to manage your pipeline.
- Strong proficiency in behavioral interviewing techniques and a data-driven approach to measuring recruitment success.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with stakeholders across the entire organization.
- Fluency in English to effectively communicate within our global team.
