What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute intentional, data-driven sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates within niche technical markets.
• Partner closely with our hiring managers to build exceptional teams, acting as a strategic advisor who can pivot approaches based on market insights and search progress.
• Manage the full lifecycle of the recruiting process, from initial outreach and relationship nurturing to closing candidates, while maintaining a systematic and transparent approach to hiring.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically with a track record of building high-performing teams in fast-paced or startup environments.
• Strong expertise in sourcing and the ability to map, track, and engage talent pools over the long term.
• Native-level proficiency in Mandarin, including the ability to read and write Chinese, to effectively source from Chinese-language channels and networks.
• Excellent command of the English language for clear, concise, and asynchronous communication within our remote team.
• A high degree of autonomy, maturity, and a collaborative mindset that allows you to thrive in a fully distributed, global work environment.
