We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner based in Europe to lead our recruitment efforts for sales professionals across the APAC, Arabia, and Africa regions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers across APAC, Arabia, and Africa to define business objectives and identify specific sales talent requirements.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality sales candidates through networking, social media, industry events, and job boards.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial sourcing and behavioral interviewing to final offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates to support both current and future organizational growth.
- Provide strategic guidance to stakeholders on interview best practices and ensure a positive, transparent experience for every candidate.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics to refine our hiring processes and stay updated on market trends within the travel-tech sector.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on sales recruitment in the technology, SaaS, or travel-tech industries.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies, performance metrics, and key performance indicators.
- Advanced skills in sourcing passive talent and managing relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS, CRM systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Must be located in Europe to align with our regional hiring focus.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience working within the telecom or global technology sectors.
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies as they relate to team building.
- Fluency in languages relevant to the APAC, Arabia, and Africa regions.
- Familiarity with regional hiring laws and market conditions in our target growth areas.
