We are currently looking for an innovative Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will help us refine our recruitment strategies, improve our internal tools, and build scalable programs that enhance our overall hiring effectiveness through data-driven insights.
What you'll be doing
- You will manage and optimize our core talent acquisition platforms, including Greenhouse, while identifying new opportunities to streamline our processes through automation.
- You will lead the selection and implementation of new technologies, ensuring that our team successfully adopts these tools while maintaining ethical standards for AI and automation.
- You will collaborate with our marketing team to oversee recruitment branding and job board presence, while managing events and campaigns within our CRM.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience working in recruitment operations or a similar talent acquisition role.
- Proven expertise in managing and configuring talent acquisition technology, with a strong preference for those who have worked extensively with Greenhouse.
- A solid understanding of project management and change management principles, including the ability to lead training and drive user adoption.
- Familiarity with AI tools and a track record of managing vendor relationships effectively.
- Fluency in English and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What you'll get
We offer a competitive salary range of $101,000 to $112,000 USD for this position, with final compensation determined by your specific location, experience, and skills. In addition to your salary, you will have access to a comprehensive rewards package that includes:
